We Ship your order usually within 2-5 working days. Pickups by our courier partners are not done on Sundays.......and Mondays are our weekly off . So if you place your order on Saturday, it would be dispatched on Tuesday. However, if you place your order on Saturday before 5:00 PM, it may be dispatched on the same day. For rest of the days, we try our best to dispatch the order on the same day if its placed atleast 2 hours before our pickup schedule.
→ In how many days will I receive my order?
We have tied up with some of the best shipping service providers who have their network all over India and offer quick delivery. Usually we deliver within5 to 7 working days after receiving the order. But if the product/s fail our Quality Inspection Test at our warehouse, we wait for the replacement from the manufacturer/ supplier of the concerned Brand. In this case, it may take additional 7-10 days.
→ What if I don't receive my order?
For any reason, if we are unable to deliver your order within 15 days, we will cancel the pending order in full or part and would refund your amount through the same mode of payment as made by you. This amount gets credited in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending upon the bank. * Refunds might take 5-20 days if paid by netbanking or debit card. If paid by credit card, it might be reflected in your next statement. However, if you need instant refund, pls provide us with your bank details OR Paytm number. → If the product/s delivered are not as per order?
If you find that the product/s delivered is not same as was ordered and totally different one, then pls inform us at our Helpline Number: 7982917159 (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM / Monday Closed). We would replace the product with the one ordered. You don't have to pay delivery charges in this case.
→ Do I have to pay shipping if I replace or return the product?
Yes, you will have to pay the shipping charges if you want replacement for the product/s delivered. You would be charged Rs 50 towards product replaced and another Rs 50 towards return of the previous product/s received. But in the interest of hygiene, Panties, Briefs and Shapewear cannot be exchanged or returned in any circumstances
