→ Why my order is still pending?
You order could be pending due to one of these issues..
1: All/some of the item/s are damaged and we are waiting for the replacement.
2: All/some of the item/s are not in stock.
3: There is no courier service from any of our shipping partners in your area.....
4: Pickup has not been done.
5: We don't ship on Sundays and Mondays. If order has been placed between Saturday and Monday, it would be shipped on Tuesday. However, the prepaid orders placed on Saturday before 5:00 PM, we try to ship the same day.
→ Why I have not received the order but the status shows shipped...?
If your order has been shipped, but you still have not received it, then pls login to your account and check the status of your order by tracking details. It might be on the way and would reach you soon. Sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances, it gets delayed.
→ Its been many days that my order has not been shipped.... what now?
If your order has not been shipped within 15 days for any reason as mentioned above, we will issue a refund towards unshipped item/s.
→ My order is not confirmed but I have been charged from my card/account.
If your payment is not confirmed then the order would also be not confirm, pls wait for 2 -3 days for the payment to get confirmed or if not, the paid amount gets reversed...
→ In how much time will I receive my order?
Usually we deliver within 2-15 days after placing your order, depending upon the area of delivery.
→ I need an urgent delivery. Is it possible?
We try our best to deliver as soon as possible. If you need the items urgently, pls do let us know the days required for delivery. We will inform you if we can deliver. In case we cannot deliver within expected time and you have already placed an order we will issue a refund and inform you accordingly.
→ How do I pay for an order?
We have multiple payment options to shop at leenagallery.
1: CCAvenue- With CCAvenue payment gateway option, you can pay by Credit/Debit cards, netbanking, payment wallets.
Extra Charges: -Nil-
2: Transfer (Bank/Paytm) - After you have placed an order and selected this option as a payment method, you will receive a mail mentioning our bank details and paytm number. You can transfer the amount with any of these options and inform us via email at email@example.com or whatsapp at 7982917159. We will confirm the receipt and process your order.
Extra Charges: -Nil-
3: Cash on Delivery ( COD) - (IF ACTIVE) With this option, you can pay by cash when the item is delivered to you. If you choose to pay by this option, we will call and confirm the order. If for any reason we cannot contact you, your order would be cancelled. Also, if your area of delivery is not under serviceable area for COD, your order would be cancelled.. Since we need to handle cash and there is some cost involved in the service, if you pay by this option, its chargeable.
Extra Charges: Rs 70/-
4: Paypal- This option if active, is available only for overseas buyers for payment.
→ Can I exchange/ return the product/s
Exchange-> Yes you can exchange the product for some other provided it should be not soiled and tags should be intact. We don't offer reverse pickup. So you will have to pack and dispatch at our address mentioned below. We will check the product and dispatch the replacement as required. Any difference arising need to be settled out from your or our end. We will guide you via phone call regarding this.
Return-> If you don't want the product at all want to return, then we can issue a refund to you after deducting the shipping cost.
* Panties, briefs, shapewear, swimwear or sets that contain brief cannot be exchanged or returned in any case, due to hygiene issue...
→ Do you deliver genuine products?
Yes we are authorized dealer of all the brands that we have on offer to sell. All the products are procured directly from the brands or their respective distribution network. We sell only genuine products so shop with confidence.
→ Will I get the same product ordered?
This is the common concern of the customers purchasing online. It happens so many times that the product displayed for selling is very different from the one they receive. But here at leenagallery, you don't have to worry for this. We deliver only branded products as displayed. Products are genuine and the quality is the same as you can get for the same product from somewhere else.
Also, customer is worried for the colors delivered are different from the ones ordered. You don't need to worry for this issue as we prefer to cancel the order rather than deliver a wrong product.
→ Do you have discreet packing?
Yes, we respect your privacy and we have a discreet multi-layer packing. Each order is packed in three to four different layers, one on top of the other. Our label also doesn't mention the product that is inside. So you can comfortably order for delivery in your office or workplace. Also, multi-layer packing protects your product with damage that can be caused during transportation.
